Hi lovely lady 👋
In 2019, I was preparing for one of the biggest shifts I needed to make in my life... I was preparing for a new season unlike anything I had to face before.
I needed to work on my sense of self-worth, re-establish my sense of identity, and motivate myself to push through... so I listened to a lot of audiobooks about mindset and I journaled every day.
I started learning about the benefits of creativity and the neuroscience behind it, and I brought my creativity into my journaling, started art journaling, and combined it with my faith and the mindset work I was doing. I stumbled upon what I call 'Art Journaling with Purpose.'
Long story short: My hubby and I moved to Jeffreys Bay in March 2020 the day before lockdown with our two boys, and walked into a new season as we started our own businesses. It was a giant leap of faith, but I was ready to step into this new season and flourish.
I started teaching other women to do the same, and they experienced the same transformation in their lives.
